The Bourbon Street Cowboy

And his mule!
After our Siesta we headed back to the Quarter...St. Charles was closed to traffic for the night so folks could walk, talk and enjoy the art district, we took our time and enjoyed the sights. We decided to eat at the Gumbo Pot and ordered Shrimp PoBoys, great eats! Hiked back up to Jackson Square to take a Buggy Ride, after interviewing a number of coachmen we chose the "Bourbon Street Cowboy", this guy was funny, loud and full of wonderful stories about New Orleans as a whole and the French Quarter specifically. I don't remember anything he told us, but it was a fun time with lots of laughs. The girls had a blast and loved the BSC's tales. By the time we got to Bourbon Street the party was in full gear, a little to raunchy for the girls so we headed back to the hotel. We definitely had a fun filled and memorable day. We will miss our girls and the fun times we have together...Ciao for now girls, see you in the spring.
