Delays, Delays, Delays

THIS IS MY PATIENT LOOK!!!!
Hoped to be in Phoenix in time to see my mother before she goes into surgery...not gonna happen...flight is delayed 2 hours!!! Hurry up and wait seems to be a sign of the times...what to do? Nancy suggests patience, she's right, but......I could scream.
