Cuban Coffee and Key Lime Pie on a stickI covered with Chocolate!

There are always a couple things you want to do when on vacation...ours both included food. Our good buddy Roger, from Glen Eden, Oregon, told us about Cuban Coffee and in regular Roger fashion, knew the only place to purchase it in Key West...he guided us to a little shack with the name, "Cuban Coffee Queen," according to Rog this place would lead us to heaven. We ordered a Cold Iced Mocha and a Cold Iced Vanilla Latte only $2.50 for 16 oz. Both were excellent and contained so much caffeine we will be awake for days!
Good coffee.

Wonderful facade!

Deliveries?
This visit served to kill 2 birds with 1 stone...here I found the T shirt of the day...
So true!
With this much caffeine you will do everything faster...the ice cubes in the drinks were actually made with coffee...no kidding, "coffee cubes"!

Our second food search led us to Kermits Key Lime Pie Shop. This guy was the originator of "Key Lime Pie On A Stick Covered With Chocolate". Who would think up such a thing??? I'm pretty sure alcohol or marijuana played a part in this invention! Anyway this is maybe the best thing you've ever tasted...if you get to the Keys you have to give it a try...cost only $4.95.
Just around the corner from the Cuban Coffee Queen.
