Our next couch stop was at Uncle Bob’s, also known as Bob Knepp. Bob was my business partner at Centennial Geophysics, Blue Sky Leasing and Boulder Golf and Tennis Corp. He is also one of my best friends, drinking buddies and one of the few people whose intellect always keeps me engaged and thinking. Bob, his wife Kristen and son Liam had just returned from Mexico the day before but that didn't stop Kristen from preparing a meal fit for royalty...T bones, corn, salad, saute’d mushrooms, rolls and of course wine. After stuffing ourselves Bob introduced Nanc and I to “The Big Bang Theory”...this is a regular television program that is in the same category as Seinfeld...the writing is fabulous and the one liners had us laughing thru a number of programs from the 1st season. When we get back it will definitely be on our watch list. I’m always happy to see Bob and sorry the time goes so fast. We have so many shared memories of life and he has always been like part of the family to Nancy and I. We will miss he, Kristen and Liam but will hopefully see them next summer when we get back.
