The clouds are rolling in and it looks like more rain tonight. The air smells fresh and everything looks cleaner. These old buildings have withstood so many 1000s of rainstorms its incomprehensible. The sky was so foreboding I actually went out and took some pictures. The village is dead tonight. With no trains running, and the rain, we have almost zero tourist here. I went down to buy some Pesto from our "Whole Foods" and the place was empty (very unusual). I mentioned how slow it was to Vincenzo (the manager), he shrugged and said, "Today is good, we get to relax." No panic over lost revenue, just a shrug and a smile.
