Our Dinner Mates
You never know who your going to get in the lottery of dinner mates for the dining room...Nanc and I can generally get along with anyone because we enjoy diverse and quirky people...however, I remember on our 1st cruise (years ago) we asked to be reassigned to another table because the guy we were assigned to sit with was perpetually drunk, loud and pretty much an asshole. This time around we were joined by very nice, interesting people...Caroline and Ann are ladies in there early 60’s who have traveled all over the world together...they are neighbors whose husbands do not like traveling, these 2 leave us laughing thru most meals. Rod and Chun are a couple from south of Sydney...Rod is a very interesting man who is knowledgable about most things “Aussie”, we have had wonderful conversations during dinners and all 6 of us have become pretty good friends. We’ve even started moving from the dining room to the Show Theatre and sitting together during performances. It wouldn’t surprise me if we stayed in touch with all of them and see them again some day. They definitely get an A+ from us!
